In terms of theatrical effect, this scene will remain in
the thoughts of audiences worldwide as they leave the cinema.
The sheer romance and emotional involvement of the audience
at this point in the movie has been heightened to a peak.
This one scene presents a thoroughly unique opportunity
to a GOLF brand that has never before existed. In the scene,
'The Bear' who has by this point become a hero to the whole
group and hence, to the audience itself, hits a ball with
his driver into the dark sky. The stationary golf ball,
with the brand clearly displayed, is seen by worldwide audiences
to travel as far as the stars in the sky, endorsing the
ball's distance and precision. It then becomes a star alongside
the others.
If a GOLF manufacturer were to write the script, it could
not have been written in a way which presents its brand
in a more positive light.
